Homemade Chocolate

Ingredients
1/2
cup
cocoa butter
1
cup
chocolate powder
1/4-1/2
cup
raw honey
to taste

tsp
vanilla or other flavor
Instructions
Melt cocoa butter over medium in a double boiler.
Add remaining ingredients and combine.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour chocolate onto paper.
Place in fridge until hardened.
Break up hard chocolate into pieces and store in an airtight container. Chocolate will not melt at room temperature, but keeps best in the fridge.
Enjoy in cookies, with nuts, plain, or however you like chocolate!
