Homemade Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cocoa butter
  • 1 cup chocolate powder
  • 1/4-1/2 cup raw honey to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla or other flavor

Instructions

  • Melt cocoa butter over medium in a double boiler.
  • Add remaining ingredients and combine.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour chocolate onto paper.
  • Place in fridge until hardened.
  • Break up hard chocolate into pieces and store in an airtight container. Chocolate will not melt at room temperature, but keeps best in the fridge.
  • Enjoy in cookies, with nuts, plain, or however you like chocolate!
