Have you ever wondered what the How We Flourish kitchen looks like?
I live in a small, one-bedroom apartment with my husband, and we have a very tiny kitchen. Yet we still manage to batch cook, make nutritious bone broths and sauerkraut, soak and sprout nuts and legumes, freeze leftover meals, make everything from scratch, and even compost! Over the next year, I will likely write more about how I do many of these activities. Until then, hope over to A Return to Simplicity to check out what a real food apartment kitchen looks like!
