Cycle 11 Analysis
This cycle confused me and I kinda gave up trying to figure it out.
I switched charting methods to Justisse this cycle. For reference, green indicates dry, yellow indicates non-fertile mucus, pink indicates fertile (but non-peak for me) mucus, and purple indicates peak-type mucus. You can download the chart I use here.
I was on GAPS Intro through this whole cycle, and in the notes section you can see that I recorded when I added and took out different foods. I also did a metal detox every 2 weeks. I was starting to get my energy back, but still had a lot of symptoms.
I messed up my temps between cycle day 28 and 34, but you can still see that overall they stayed low. I had a lot of mucus throughout this cycle, which led to a huge stretch of abstinence.
At the very end of this cycle, I went on vacation and my body acted like it was ovulating. I had a good mucus buildup and a day of dry up. I even had a few days of temp rise and some pain on my side. I truly did think I did ovulate until my period showed up. A luteal phase of just 4 days? That didn’t follow. I suppose it could have been possible that I had one cycle with a very short cycle, but it seemed unlikely.
