Cycle 8 Analysis
Looking at this cycle, the first things I notice are the huge expanse of fertile mucus (my poor husband) and the several days of breast tenderness leading up to ovulation. I also see that it is a more normal length. Borderline long, but a wonderful step forward.
This was my first full cycle on my new gut healing protocol. I wasn’t following the diet as well as I should have, but over all I was doing well and felt good about it. That it did not produce a screwed up cycle was amazing!
My period was good to me, and actually rather light. However, it was long with a lot of tail-end spotting. I also may have had a bit too much fertile mucus. But all in good time. I was not going to complain about this cycle. It was relatively uneventful – just how I like it!
