Elimination Diet, Day 26

I may receive a commission if you purchase something mentioned in this post. See more details here.

Will and I took a trip to Duluth today to get him new motorcycle gear from Aerostich. As a short PSA, if you ride a motorcycle, please always and every time wear your helmet, motorcycle jacket, long pants (preferably armored), gloves, and sturdy shoes with ankle support. Even if I could understand the appeal of riding unprotected (I like protection from the elements and hair that has not been wind-battered), there is no excuse to not protect yourself.

PSA aside, I enjoyed my trip to Duluth, looking at the scenery, reading up on the Creighton Model, studying for my PCAT (pharmacy school entrance exam), talking. It was a nice, relaxing day with no required cooking.

Health
My elbows itched a bit midday, but for the most part my skin is looking and feeling very good. I also have these round eczema patches on my left leg that haven’t healed yet that were itchy today. I really just want those spots and my elbows to be healed.

Very tired today, likely a product of the car ride.

Food
Breakfast: Quinoa and Blueberry Syrup
Lunch: Zuccanoes and carrots
Dinner: Lentil and Rice Casserole (Nourishing Meals, p. 297) with probiotic brine and Swiss chard
Snack: Frozen banana
