    I did the elimination diet aka LEAP diet for 60 days, I don’t go into huge detail about my experience on my blog YET but I plan on it. A good tip to help with the dryness that helped me was by using aquaphor on the eczema spots. Just bathe in it if you have to. My stubborn eczema cleared up overnight without using any steroid creams. Good luck! I’ll be following you to see your progress:)
