Life has a way of getting in your way. I had all of the rest of my diet planned out, then my free trial of Amazon Prime goes and expires and instead of 2 day free shipping, my free shipping is now 5-8 days, added to the items being shipped over the fourth of July weekend. I also decided to hold off on adding alcohol, once I learned the muffins I want to make don’t have vanilla in them.
The point of the shipping was that if I don’t get the gluten-free flour I am ordering in time, I won’t be able to get a sourdough starter going in time to add yeast. So after eliminating alcohol and moving yeast out to after adding in gluten, I had a lot of rearranging and planning of my meals to do. Everything should still work out fine and deliciously, I’m just getting kinda tired. I’m ready to be done with this diet. I am so thankful for it and so happy with how it is going, and even when it’s over I will still have many restrictions. But at least I’ll know and be done, you know? It will be a constant restriction, instead of changing ones that I have to plan out.

I’ve been frustrated with my skin today. It has been itchy. I need to get some more shea butter to slather on or something. I just want to be done.
