Elimination Diet, Day 47

Health
My elbows were slightly irritated and my legs itched a bit. Things were looking good overall, though.

Food
Breakfast: Oatmeal and strawberries
Lunch: Mung Beans and Rice, spinach, and probiotic brine
Dinner: Spaghetti Squash with Creamy Cauliflower Sauce and green beans – Even though I burnt the garlic and used old milk that smells like cheese (I really probably shouldn’t have done that, we’ll see how that turns out), the sauce tasted very good.
Snacks: Grapes, Carrot Almond Muffin, apple, almonds, pancakes

Preparation
I made up some pancakes for breakfast tomorrow (and ate some for a snack). You can freeze leftover pancakes and microwave them (1-2 minutes) or heat them in an oven for 10-15 minutes. I also started making a wheat sourdough starter. When I add yeast back in in about two weeks, I will test by making a sourdough bread, which is easier to digest.
