Health
My skin is doing pretty decent. I shaved today and thought about how just two months ago I was scared to shave because the irritation it caused was so painful. No more! Even when I get frustrated, my skin is healing. And it looked pretty good today overall. So it looks like no issue with dairy or eggs. That’s happy!
Food
Breakfast: Coconut Banana Cake with peanut butter and yogurt
Lunch: Lentil and Kale Dal with extra kale
Dinner: Gingered Carrot Soup with Coconut Flour Biscuits (Nourishing Meals Cookbook, page 143) – These biscuits were very good and very filling. Good plain, with butter, dipped in soup, or I’m sure a variety of different ways.
Snacks: Celery, pistachios, apple
Preparation
Just wanted to update on my sourdough starter. Wednesday morning, at its 4th feeding, I started to transition it to white flour, as recommended by the resource I was using. It is still doing great – growing and active! On Monday or Tuesday I will transition it back to whole wheat. I’m looking forward to being able to use it next week!
