Elimination Diet, Day 53

I may receive a commission if you purchase something mentioned in this post. See more details here.

Health
My skin looked good today. My legs are almost clear, as are my arms, although they had a little bit of color on the elbows around mid-day. I also got some bad stomach cramps just after lunch. They subsided shortly, but still no good. Could be just from eating too much, or from something in the cheeseburgers, since the patties were store bought by someone else and it was American cheese on them.

Food
Breakfast: Eggs with cheese and bacon
Lunch: Cheeseburger, corn chips, peanuts, carrots, and grapes
Dinner: Lentil Loaf with spinach
Snacks: Cornbread, strawberries

Preparation
I made up Egg Muffins for my breakfasts this week and possibly future weeks as well. I just added spinach and cheese to them. No seasoning, but maybe pepper and cumin in the future. I also made Blueberry Jam. This jam recipe is amazing. It is clean, 3 ingredients, low sugar, high in nutrients and fiber, and there is no cooking or endless whisking involved. Best part was that it perfectly filled a pint-sized mason jar. If you made a large batch, it would make a great freezer jam. I am super excited about both of these recipes. (sadly the recipe I used is no longer online. But if you search “chia seed jam,” you should be able to find something!)
