For those of us who need a little more help than just meal plans, online courses can be a great resource. I think I’ve mentioned that I could only make pasta and pancakes when I graduated high school. Yet this summer I found myself needing to make soups, stews, and other dishes for myself every day. I learned a lot, but I probably also created a lot of bad habits. And I’m still too scared to cook meat other than ground beef.
Enter e-courses! I already told you about the grain-free course last week, so I will just briefly mention that again as an option. Click on that link to learn more.
Another really super awesome course I’ve found is about learning to eat paleo. While I know not all of you are paleo, this course has really great tips, no matter what your flavor of real food eating is.
This course, offered by Stupid Easy Paleo, is called “Real Food. Real Good.” It begins with an introduction to real food and why it is important before diving into paleo specifics. The course discusses kitchen tools, spices, stocking a real food pantry, batch cooking, and even chopping skills. As a girl who can’t use a knife without practically cutting her thumb off, I LOVED that video on chopping!
There are also more specific videos about paleo for certain lifestyles and food quality. If you are looking into or struggling with paleo, the paleo pitfalls video will be quite helpful!
This course also comes with PDF guides and a cookbook to put your new knowledge into practice. There are additional tiers of the class available, too, with more content.
The reason I am plugging Real Food. Real Good. so hard is because it is a really great deal. Most e-courses available cost over $100, but with this course, the video tutorials, guides, and cookbook are only $39. As I mentioned, there are higher tiers, but it is pretty unique to have a course with such an economical starting point. That’s why I’m so excited about it!
Well, that’s all I have for now. I really hope you check out and enjoy this real food e-course. I know I have found it incredibly helpful.
What are some of the resources that helped you really get started on your real food journey?
