Oh wow. This month.
I haven’t posted in a week, and that was my first post in awhile, too. Things have be crazy. I graduated May 25, and we moved Will into our new apartment on the 29th. I feel like I barely have time to breathe!
But what a great month May was! Like I said, I graduated from college! I now have a BA in biology and Latin. While I feel like I haven’t gotten anything done the past few days as we’ve been moving, and I’m not even moving in yet. But the apartment is really nice and it’s so exciting that we have a place to live after the wedding.
With the chaos of the week, I totally forgot about the other things that happened this month until I sat down to write this post. My finals went well and I ended the year feeling really good about my friendships. I had a really great goodbye with all of my Classics profs and got a really good hug from a friend I hope to continue to grow closer to. I spent some great time with family during a birthday party and a bridal shower.
So it was a good month. A stressful month, but a good month.
Here are some things around the web I’ve loved this month:
- How Crunchy is Your Bathroom? – My score is 30/48!
- 10 Raw Foods to Help Balance Your Lady Hormones – I am still working on recovering my fertility, so posts like these are always helpful to remind me what I should be doing.
- On a related note, this hormone balancing detox bath.
- Use less plastic! Here are 25 ways how.
- This post about not wearing deodorant. I make my own and I feel and smell so much better!
- Living Every Day with a Purpose
- Sugar- and Grain-free Apple Pie – Oh. My. Yum. A dessert I can eat!
All that to say, it’s a crazy exciting month at here! I was so excited when I learned about the specials for the month.
