Did you know that I love to make my own beauty products?
LOL, of course you did. I only talk about it and post about it all the time! However, I am only just starting to branch out from the very basics of beauty products. I also tend to keep my routine very low maintenance. I rarely pamper myself, and I frequently don’t think to scent my products with essential oils. I love watching videos and reading books and blog posts about new ways to make products and pamper myself. It is nice to learn and be reminded about all of the amazing beauty product options there are, even for (especially for!) women who make their own.
Just last week, my fellow blogger at The Dabblist launched a brand new eCourse called Alchemy & Wonder. This is an amazing course that teaches you how to make 16 natural beauty products for your body, face, mouth, and hair! These video courses teach you how to make all of these products in your kitchen with minimal effort and ingredients. Here’s just a sampling of some of the products you will be taught to make:
- Body Salt Glow
- Conditioning Treatment
- Hair Spray
- Cleansing Grains
- Tightening Mask
- Lip Balm
I loved the way the videos were produced. They were very simple and it was easy to understand the instructions. There was beautiful music in the background, very soothing and spa like. I felt relaxed and transported – I could almost smell the essential oils she was using. Coupled with an FAQ section for each video and PDFs for each recipe, this course provides a comprehensive guide to making your own beauty products. Each PDF provides ingredients, detailed instructions, and where to buy ingredients and containers for the recipe. Finally, there is a bonus section containing printable tags if you want to give your gorgeous and luxurious homemade products as gifts. There is also a guide with 10 Healthy Habits for Natural Beauty – the tips in this guide are easy to implement, but so important to follow!
