Okay, I shouldn’t have added back in peanuts. I mean, I’m not reacting, but my reaction from yesterday still hasn’t subsided fully. I just really want this to heal and go away. I’m sure the peanuts are fine, but at this point I don’t think I should be adding in any more foods until I am 110% healed.

Detox and Exercise
Oil Pulled
Walk

Health
My arms are slowly clearing up, but I’m really itchy today. My legs hurt. I just want it to go away.

Food
Breakfast: Apple Pie
Lunch: Sunflower Seed Burger and apple
Dinner: Quinoa and Cabbage Soup, chicken breast, mixed vegetables
Snacks: Celery, peanuts, grapes
